To the participants that attended yesterdays training session thank you for your enthusiasm we all learnt together. I will take on board comments about making it either longer on the day or adding another session a week later. In the meantime below is the Blogger Help link where you can find answers to many of your questions, I have also included in our notes how to remove a link you are following and "yes" is does seem a rather long way to do something that should be simple.

Cyber Club Update
We now have 85 members in the Cyber Club of which I estimate about 10 -15 people use it. For those who do I appreciate your contributions. If there is any topic of particular interest please add a discussion and I will see what we have available to assist.
In the meantime I will be using this site on Wednesday morning if you are able to be online so participants can actually see it working.
After the demonstrations participants will be able to open their own Blog and have already been asked to create a Google account or have a Gmail to save a little time.
Cheers Diane

Blogging Workshop Wednesday 20th July 2011
Greeting Members,
I have been preparing the learning materials for our workshop this coming Wednesday. I will make them available on the Cyber Club site after the lesson when we have had a chance to test how they work.
In the meantime lots of interesting training courses are being offered at ASCCA and if you wish to see what's on offer visit www.ascca.org.au.
